Spotted!
Ranting at a bus stop on Hollywood Boulevard, a wild, bedraggled individual who could have been either:
a) a homeless man who looked like Gary Busey
b) a Hollywood & Highland-based Gary Busey celebrity impersonator, or
c) Gary Busey himself
What I love about this scenario: the absurdity of the option is directly proportional to its plausibility.
