My friend Darius was nice enough to get me in to see a taping of Studio 60 this past weekend. I took this picture in the writer’s room - that’s head writer Matt Albie looking over all the sketches he wrote that week. (He ended up cutting “Mannequin Robinson” - it KILLED in dress, but like 10 minutes before the live show they got news of a hostage situation at a mannequin factory in Omaha, and I guess he felt it would be in bad taste to do the sketch, what with all those mannequins in danger.) 

Anyway, host Lauren Graham was hilarious (especially in “Society Gal Carwash”) and Sting absolutely KILLED IT on the lute (sorry for all the talking over the video, I couldn’t get a clean shot no matter how many angles I took).
